Packaging Design

Andrea Ámez is a licensed esthetician specializing in custom treatments, clean products and caring for melanin-rich skin. Her practice combines research-driven skin science with holistic and spiritually inclusive wisdom to create the most effective and relaxing facials in Los Angeles.

Andrea came to me for a packaging design for the launch of her first skincare product, an anti-pollution facial masque created in partnership with skincare brand Aliangé. The resulting design is inspired by Andrea's Central American heritage, with a modern and scientific twist.

The masque itself is green in color, which helped inform the palette. The remaining colors were chosen to evoke a calming protective shield. Visuals also reflect the masque's unique intersection of high-tech scientific ingredients, and holistic natural healing.
